The staff was very friendly and SUPER helpful. They spent a great deal of time on the phone and internet on our behalf in order to sign us up for a walking tour of the Sforza castle and Last Supper as we were having trouble contacting the particular agency and the tour was the next day and the only way we could still see the Last Supper before leaving. While not exactly next door, we were able to walk to the Duomo from the hotel.

Breakfast was excellent, the staff friendly and helpful. The style of the hotel is very minimalist, which takes a bit of getting used to, but we were there for 8 nights and I came to really like it, it worked well. Location great, close to the sights and the immediate neighbourhood was very good

Check in was really smooth. Staff is really helpful and friendly. Room is clean, cozy, not a lot of space, but totally comfortable for two people. Bathroom was quite spacious and also clean.Very good location, about 10-15 min walk to Duomo di Milano. We enjoyed the breakfast, enough food options to choose from.

Clean, good location, nice breakfast, great parking! (behind the hotel building only 18 euros a day!) and kind staff. There is a very nice Korean restaurant nearby, which also made this hotel a great choice for us. I really liked the wider shower room and the room was is very clean condition.
